Food and Exercise Log 1-28-19

Sleep:  woke at 8am, up at 8:30am to sleep last night at 11:00pm Food: breakfast: organic pineapple lunch: 2 large pitaya (dragon fruit) dinner: blueberries followed by veggies (organic tomato, organic white mushrooms, organic cauliflower) with dip (organic carrot juice,  organic freeze-dried broccoli powder, nutritional yeast) Exercise: pushups and dips (mixed full, assisted, incline, etc), squats before 30 minutes on rebounder (arm exercises on rebounder too), stretches after The Rest: Went to town the day before yesterday, and well, went to town grocery shopping too! LOL My cart while shopping at Safeway I'm in Arizona and not growing my food currently, so it's grocery stores and mail deliveries for now. The post office and where I pick up deliveries is the same area I grocery shop at stores, so it's about the same. I try to consolidate the trips to shop as infrequently as possible, and it's been working out well. I've been finding more and ...

Food and Exercise Log 1-2-19

Happy New Year Everyone!!! :) :) :) Sleep:  awake at 7:45am, up at 8:30am to sleep for night last night at: 11:30pm Food: breakfast: 6 (or 7?) organic California Page mandarins lunch: 9 Fuyu persimmons (3 lbs) dinner: TBD -- probably a mandarin or two, followed by salad of: head of green cabbage cut into ribbons with dressing of tahini, lemon, carrot juice, freeze dried kale powder ... and maybe some partially dehydrated summer squash slices on the side or with the dressing as dip (possibly dipping "baby" carrots too) ... and maybe some carrot juice afterward I've been eating persimmons pretty much every day for a while now. They are SO delicious, and they store really well here, so I can get over a month's worth at a time, which I absolutely love! They hold up well without refrigeration and are a terrific staple or back-up because they're the kind that you can eat whether they are hard or soft. Log for 3/25/15

Sleep: 11pm last night - 8am this morning Food: I didn't weigh everything, or take photos of everything, but thought I'd do a quick update for y'all anyway with what I've got. Too bad 'cause the caimito were beautiful... I'll have other chances. It's all organic... Breakfast (after morning exercise): 3-4 large sunrise strawberry papayas from our farm (almost melon papaya sized, about the volume of a cantaloupe each) 6 large purple caimito from a local farm that has a self-serve stand (where I usually get my coconuts) Lunch (after afternoon exercise: 1136g (1638g - 502g)  mountain apples from our tree Dinner:  1 brazil nut ~ 28 oz frozen smoothie:  fresh pressed orange juice (oranges from same farm as caimito) frozen fruit (mango, pineapple, strawberry) I was going to have a head of romaine too, but was full enough as-is.
