Sleep: woke at 3am for temp., but didn't take it, up at ~7:45am to sleep for night at 10:30pm again... good thing I can sleep in again on Sunday - gotta' get to sleep earlier Sunday though 'cause there's no sleeping in on Monday... Food: breakfast: 1 medium-large pineapple (no burn today, nice) lunch: small bag lychee (~20?), 4 smallish-medium dragon fruit before dinner/after run: 15 small-ish medium apple bananas dinner (1 1/2 hrs after bananas): shredded cabbage & carrots with tahini-lemon/lime dressing & 1/2 avocado Yeah, a bit too much overt fats for 10% today, but I've been doing the overt fats light to none lately so it's okay I think - will find out Sunday I suppose... Here's a video of lunch remnants and about dragonfruit I took at the farm. It might take a bit to load 'cause it's the limit of what size Blogger will take. Cabbage Wrapped Salad n Sprouts (Recipe)

Wraps are simple and fun, especially when you dip them. Tightly wrap the contents to avoid losing it out the ends. Alternately, you can have use all of the sauce on the sprouts for a wet wrap. Wet wraps benefit from folding over the bottom to avoid leakage and is easiest with the version described without the wrap leaf's rib removed. You don't need to have the same cabbage or sprouts I grew. You can substitute any other large leafed greens for the cabbage and other sprouts or salad for my sprouts. Also, feel free to use your own sauce instead. 9-21-08 - Happy Equinox! :)

Sleep: woke at 7 or 7:30am and layed around/went back to sleep for a bit up at 8:30-ish Food: Breakfast was a cantaloupe-y melon, a musk melon of sorts. The first pic's before I opened it, the second's after opening and scooping out the seeds. It wasn't as orange inside as I expected, but it was ripe: Lunch was bananas: Dinner was salad: baby spinach & mixed baby lettuces & 2 heirloom roma tomatoes with dressing: juice of 2 lemons and ~2 Tbsp tahini. I put the rest of the button shitake mushrooms on top & ate 'em first, by themselves, like an appetizer. I'm kinda' glad to be rid of them, even though I like the taste and texture of them. They're not ideal and my breath bothers me overnight and the next morning after having them.
