So, the family emergencies that have kept me from posting have pretty much leveled out enough for me to get back to things here and there. I should be posting at least once a week now. Yay! I've miss ya'! ;)

Sleep: woke at 7am-ish, up at 8-ish to sleep last night around 10:30-ish, didn't sleep very well Food: Breakfast was melons: I constructed a little thing for fun with the rinds: If I had some little squat candles or tall skinny ones they might look good in there too (inside the top one). :) As it was I just composted 'em. Lunch was some bananas, sorry didn't get a pic... Dinner was celery & tomatoes with tahini-lemon dip (all organic): Exercise: I made it to the Pilates class! Yay! It was nifty and fun! :) We did Pilates Tower stuff, so didn't use the sliding seat but did use the springs, handles, bar and such on the riser. I have an area of my lower back that's always been sort of flat when I'm trying to ball up and roll. The rest of me does fine it's just that part - been that way since I can remember. I remember when I was a kid I couldn't do somersaults very well 'cause I'd roll up to it, then my back would slam down ('cause it was fl...

11-14-09 Happy to be alive! :) Food/produce video too...

Sleep: almost caught up now! Yay! :) Food: breakfast: the rest of the melon we got Wed. (see video) brunch: equivalent of 12 or 13 bananas (was more, but eating around bad spots and all) lunch: about the same as lunch in bananas again... the rest is TBD... probably have the last 2 bags of garbanzo sprouts as snack w/son when watching SGU with him, then salad and/or tat tsai with avocado and lemon juice dressing or dip We took a video of the food we got this week and put it on my Facebook account. I'm embedding it here (below) too for y'all. :) Exercise: 5 sets so far of:    15 reps. each of pushups    10 reps. each of jump lunges    10 reps. each of jump squat foot clap thingies 2 sets of:    30 reps. each on Leg Magic    10 reps. each of knee-up with a little shoulder lift 4 sets of:    1 rep. of assisted chin-ups I plan to do 5 more sets of the first group (pushups, etc.) and one more chin-up throughout...

I'm Back! 2022-09-30 Food Log and Some Updates

Food:   Breakfast:  Watermelon Lunch: Smoothie of blended: Banana, Blueberry, Kale*, Coconut Water with dried White Mulberries on top Dinner: Cucumber* Noodles with chopped sugar snap peas, carrots, yellow bell pepper, celery, pineapple, tomato*, sunflower seeds with blended sauce of kale*, lemon juice, carrot juice, carrot, chia, broccoli sprouts*, fenugreek sprouts*, alfalfa sprouts*, tomato*, yellow bell pepper, celery, basil* with a little sprinkle of ground black pepper on top *stuff we grew and harvested (rather than bought) Here are a couple pics: 1st is with noodles and chopped things unmixed, with the sauce still in the blender. 2nd is with sauce in bowl. 3rd is with everything in the bowl.   The Rest: I am not in Hawaii right now, and have been away from there since about this time in 2017.
